V-Day Groupshoot

-We will now be having live music in the parking lot for all attendees to go and check-out on their breaks.

-Although we will have a strobe light on each set, if you'd like to eliminate the lighting hassle for yourself and everyone else, we strongly suggest that you bring your own lighting (within reason; nothing that could get in the way of other photographer's shots)

-If any photographers are interested in booking any models for 1 on 1's prior to the event, you must either contact the model to find out her rates and which time slots she has available (or contact @LaceyBlayze to get a hold of the model for you). Once a time slot and rate is agreed upon by the photographer and the model, please make sure this is reported to Lacey, as she is keeping track of all the model's available timeslots so that no model is double booked. 

-Under no circustances will we accept anyone with $60 cash at the door with no reservation. Some photographers may have a special deposit-only situation set-up with one of our official promoters, Sara Pastrano, however there will be a list of the names of these photographers and if your name isn't on it, you do not get this deal.

This Group Shoot is special because it is going to be Lacey Blayze's first group shoot back as an organizer since she stepped down from running the two Meet-up.com groups for Group-Shoots (about 2 years ago). Lacey is coming back with a vengeance, determined to create a comfortable, fun, and successful environment where models can be themselves without fear of being judged and photographers can use their camera or video equipment to get the best shots. 

For a cute and sexy Valentine's Day theme, Lacey knew she needed to pick the perfect group of models who are fun, professional, and in-demand. There will be 6 diverse models modeling at the event: Amber Angel (IG: @amberxangel). Miriam Alondra (IG: miriamalondra_), Nanni (IG: @nannisokute), Outcast Baby (IG: im.n.outcast), Lacey Blayze (IG: laceyblayze), & Miss Wonderland (@mis_wonderland7). All the girls will be participating in the group shoot and in the 1-on-1's, however they are highly discouraged from posing nude unless it is during a 1-on-1 session.

The 1-on-1's, which will start promptly at 4:00pm, will be first come, first serve for the photographers. We will have a large whiteboard at the top of the stairs with all of the Model's names written out. Their time will be divided into 30 minute sessions, and you may request as many back to back (or non-back to back) sessions as you'd like with any model. To do that, just use your marker and write your name in any open timeslot for the model you would like to book. Please make sure you negotiate your rate directly with the model, preferably before you commit to a time-slot. Every model will have different rates, as each model will have different limits. Vision Studios does not see or monitor this money, so it is up to you to honor your verbal contract with the model and NEVER ask them to shoot something outside their genre comfort zone. 

We will provide snacks and refreshments for everyone in the studio to enjoy. If you have any food allergies, please let Lacey know as soon as you buy your ticket by sending an email to lacey@laceyblayze,com. We will have at least 6 distinct sets set up around the studio (indoors and outdoors on the patio), and these sets will be revealed one by one as the event draws nearer. We encourage models and photographers to network and also we encourage all the models to make new friends. There is no place for negativty at our events, so if you find yourself not able to stay positive and professional for any reason, we will ask you to leave the event.

***PLEASE NOTE: We will not be accepting cash at the door. Any photographer attending the event will need to pre-pay for their ticket here on the Vision Studios website. We have limited space in the studio so we ask that in order to accomodate as many photographers as possible, models only bring a +1 if it is ABSOLUTELY necessary (and please clear it with Lacey first). We are always welcoming to everyone, however a head's up is always helpful and polite.
